OUTCOME Maximise opportunities for raising awareness about the importance of food on improving health & wellbeing and influence this at every level.

ACTION Involvement in health awareness raising campaigns eg. British Heart Foundation’s.
Food Cultures project: which delivered a range of activities with eight different partner organisations across the city, investigated whether food education programmes, when delivered in a sociable context and in an enjoyable way, could influence behaviour, improve diet and ultimately long term health. The research showed how participants underwent a range of social and behavioural improvements around food and diet.http://bit.ly/U0b14K
